Blenheim George W. Champlin - 23; entered service 23 Aug 1861; 134 Regt,; Pvt.;134 Regt.; Pvt. George W. Champlin died in New York City of sickness acquired in the service. Henry Vroman - 21; entered service 23 Aug 1861; 134 Regt.; Pvt.;134 Regt.; Pvt. Henry Vroman died of sickness which was acquired in the service, and starvation while a prisoner at Richmond. Joseph Mc Kee - 21; entered service -- Oct 1861; 144 Regt.; Pvt.; 144 Regt.; Pvt. Joseph Mc Kee died from wounds recieved in battle. His body was brought home to his friends. Place of Burial - North Blenheim. Jermiah Berry - 20; entered service -- Sep 1862; 134 Regt.; Pvt.; 134 Regt.; Pvt. Charles Stoker - 34; entered service -- Aug 1861; 134 Regt.; Pvt.; 134 Regt.;Pvt. Remarks [by Enumerator]: For the number of Volunteers that have served during the late war, they have almost [all] been discharged honorably from the service, and have been for the most part healthy. Some few remain in the service. This town has paid some $59,000 for bounties by taxation and voluntary subscriptions during the late rebellion. The above are all who have died or been killed in the late war from this town. The rest are classed in the army. All of the above were listed as citizens and volunteers.
